A fun game for your dog is to find to play 'hide and seek' with you. This day builds on that game by teaching the dogs to search for a person other than their handler.

Ideally dogs need to be happy playing tug games and confident to approach strangers. For those that attended our taster session last year, we will be progressing it further this year by getting the dogs to search to search a larger area for a stranger and to have them search for a person that they haven't seen runaway
For the beginners, we'll be teaching them to find the handler first, gradually increasing the distance that they have to search
Bring your own lunch (microwave and fridge available for use). Hot drinks available all day. Dogs must be happy to stay in your vehicle whilst another is being worked. We will be outside for the practical work, so bring wet weather gear.
Max 10 handler places £40, spectator places £25 £5 of the fee will be going to Dogs for the Disabled.
